The location is very good. The facilities are also very nice with lots of complimentary stuff, you can mix your own bath bomb if you wanted to have onsen on your own bathtub, we weren’t able to experience the onsen though, since we were just transiting for a night.

The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the extra available amenities, like the free slippers, toiletries, and bath salts. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Sapporo. 😊

Clean and located near the susukino station. You can’t get to it by passing through the underground street so it was hard to get there with the suitcases because it was snowing but otherwise very accessible to restaurants and shops !

Bed is comfortable.
